Mete Cotton Peshtemal
The Mete is a beautifully simple cotton peshtemal traditionally loomed in cream with subtle black pin stripes and trim.
Peshtemals (or hammam towels, as they are also known) are endlessly versatile accessories that can be used as bath towels, blankets or tablecloths.
They’re as absorbent as terry cloth bath sheets yet more lightweight, and can be rolled or folded to a quarter of the size. They’re also remarkably quick drying compared to standard towelling.
The Mete peshtemal is hand-loomed by master weavers and skilled artisans using natural materials and traditional techniques. It’s made from 100% OEKO-TEX® certified Turkish cotton that’s ethically sourced and sustainably produced.
Machine washable at 30°C.
